  There was no wait and 3 girls. The girl that took my order( lg cold brew, 1 spends, cream) basically gave me a lg CREAM drink.. I took one look asked her if she could pls put more cold brew & rcv'd a "look" as if I just spit on her?? She took my drink and I waited..... and waited... I had to remind her.. I rcv'd my drink back with some poured out but nothing changed.. SERIOUSLY?!
  If u want to hire ppl like this.. I have no problem spreading the word to everyone who frequents this place next door to go somewhere else.... HORRIBLE SERVICE since new owners took over.. just bad...

  I order my coffee with a turbo shot I'm lthe third person in line the girl doesn't even acknowledge me and starts making my drink I asked her one time can you please make sure the turble shot is in there and the manager got all pissy with me and said look right there she's putting in the turbo shop. How am I supposed to know when your employees don't say a word or anything? The food here is always pretty crappy, and they always run out of things. But their coffee is good and they TRY to be quick in the mornings. Never works. Always disastrous. I HATE this dunkin. Gloria who works in the back is the best though
